About eight years ago I changed properity management teams, this I did because , although I was using an old and very established company and had been for well over 15 years, they had begun to go down in service. Calls from tenents were not being answered, repairs were not being done , vacant houses were standing withno effort to fill (or plans ).

It was at this time that a man who did work for me told me about and recomended that I may want to check out SOLID ROCK PROPERTIES, that they were just starting out and at the time had less than 60 properties. Once the decision was made to join them, I found them to always be fair and honest. They were quick to respond to tennents calls and problems. If  tennents were not satisfied with repair they would go back until completely satisfied. As time went on and they added their own in house services and the response time and work was even better. Thanks to this my units began to not only stay rented but to stay in better condition.

Today, thanks to the ledership of Mr. Toby Fry, Solid Rock is one of the largest property management companies in the carolinas with properties in the thousands and over 10 offices in North and South Carolina.
Even with the rapid growth they have been able to keep that personall touch with not only owners large and small, but with the tennents themself as they have developed the ability to make each one feel important.

I would highly recommend them to any one needing this service or work .

I have a house that is being managed by Solid Rock Properties. I live out of state and wanted to make sure that my house was being looked after by honest, trustworthy people. Solid Rock Properties is that company and Toby Frye has been great. The house was not easy to rent, but Toby was determined and after a while, found a wonderful tenant and is now handling all the details, from getting it ready to have the tenant move in to keeping the records and sending me money. They are a great company.

I have had a very satisfactory experience with Solid Rock managing my rental property in Gastonia, NC. The management company has true personal approach to their clients. One time I called their office and the owner picked the phone. He immediately recalled my condo. I was surprised. If he remembers what he has available for rent he has a better chance to rent it out. In fact, my condo does not stay vacant very long. Solid Rock takes care of maintenance and collecting of rent, so the rental income check keeps coming.

Nothing to complain during two years and several tenants. Good work Solid Rock.

I would certainly support this idea Solid Rock has done an outstanding job helping to turn this complex around from the crime ridden place it has been in the past. The word has spread throughout the complex that if Solid Rock is your management support for your unit that you live in that criminal activity will not be tolerated and action will be quick if the lease is violated.

They have also done excellent work in maintaining and working towards making the code Improvements that have been required for this complex.

Solid Rock is an excellent company with wonderful employees .
